Nikon AF-S NIKKOR 70-200mm f/2.8E FL ED VR Lens

As we all know, the Nikon camera business is undergoing a major restructuring. Nikon already announced that they will cancel all the long-awaited three premium DL series compact cameras. And the previous report said that in the future Nikon will concentrate their resources on medium to high-end DSLR cameras and lenses as well as mirrorless cameras.

Today according to the report from NikonRumors, in addition to the Nikon D820 and Nikon D7300, Nikon is rumored to announce five new Nikkor lenses in 2017. The details of these new Nikon lenses are unknown – Nikon recently registered two new cameras with the code name “N1546″ and “N1610″. So, what do you expect from Nikon???

In addition, the Nikon D750 replacement is rumored to be announced late 2017 or early 2018. And the future of the Nikon 1 series is not clear, but Nikon will “bringing in multiple mirrorless cameras at an early stage”.

All in one, Nikon is undergoing a major restructuring. That means everything will probably come, or nothing will come, even at their 100th anniversary.
